By using BailGada-Sharyat, you agree to these terms.
The service
BailGada-Sharyat lets approved organizers publish Bailgada Sharyat (bullock cart races) and lets bull owners register pairs, pay entry fees, follow the draw and see the results. You can also share photos, posts and reels. We do not hold races ourselves. Each Sharyat is run by its organizer and their team.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to use BailGada-Sharyat. Sign in with your own mobile number. Use your real name and location and keep them correct. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Organizers
Organizers are approved by the BailGada-Sharyat team. An organizer is responsible for holding the race safely and lawfully, including any permission the authorities require, for the details they publish, for recording the line-up check and results correctly, and for handing over the prizes they announce. Organizers pay a publishing fee for each Sharyat they publish; the amount is shown before they pay. With “Pay in app”, the team sends the organizer the entry fees after the Sharyat is completed, minus the Razorpay charges (about 2% of every payment, also of refunded ones) and the refunds. With “Pay organizer directly”, the organizer receives the entry fees, confirms each payment in the app and must give back every refund of that money, for example when the Sharyat is cancelled.
Bull owners
Register only bulls you own, with true details such as the teeth stage and photos. Follow the organizer’s rules and the law on the care of animals. At the line-up check the organizer team can mark a pair “Absent” or “Not allowed”.
Entry fees and refunds
The organizer sets the entry fee and how it is paid. With “Pay in app”, you pay through Razorpay, and every refund of that money is made by the app. With “Pay organizer directly”, you pay the organizer by UPI or in cash. The money goes to the organizer, never to BailGada-Sharyat, and every refund of it is given by the organizer, for example when the Sharyat is cancelled. The app is not responsible for money paid to the organizer. A confirmed registration cannot be withdrawn and is not refunded, not even for an absent or scratched entry. Entries not fully paid when registration closes are not accepted, and amounts paid on them are not refunded unless the Sharyat is cancelled. When money is refunded is set out in the “Refunds and cancellation” policy.
Results and objections
Results entered by the organizer team are official at once and public. The owners in a heat can raise an objection within 30 minutes of its result. After that, only the BailGada-Sharyat admins can correct a result.
Acceptable use
Do not give false information, pretend to be someone else, harass anyone, or try to break or overload the app. Photos, posts, reels and comments must follow the Community rules and the law. A sale in a post is between buyer and seller, outside the app; we are not part of it. We may remove content, suspend organizers and block accounts that break these terms. Confirmed race entries of a blocked account stay.
Limits
We work to keep the app running and correct, but we cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors. We are not responsible for the races themselves or for disputes between organizers and owners.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes
If these terms change, we update the date above.
