Delete account
Delete your BailGada-Sharyat account in the app, or ask us by email.
In the app
Open the app and tap your photo at the top right. The menu opens.
Tap “Settings”, then “Delete account” under “Account”.
Type the last 4 digits of your mobile number to confirm.
Tap “Delete my account”.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes your name, mobile number and location, and signs you out on every phone. Your bulls are archived. Race results stay in the Sharyat history under “Deleted user”. This cannot be undone.
You can sign up again later with the same number, as a new account.
When the account can’t be deleted yet
- You have race registrations in a Sharyat that is not completed yet (waiting for your partner, waiting for payment, or confirmed).
- You have bull transfers waiting. Accept, decline or cancel them first.
- You organize or help run a Sharyat that is not finished yet.
- You have an admin level. Ask a Super admin to remove it first.
- The money of your completed Sharyat is not sent to you yet.
What is kept
Your account data is kept while your account exists. Notifications are deleted after 90 days. When you log out, that sign-in session ends and the phone’s notification token is deleted. When you delete your account, your personal details are removed or anonymized at once, your posts, reels, comments and likes are removed, and your bulls are archived. Race results, payment records and the record of actions are kept, linked only to an anonymous “Deleted user”, because they are part of other people’s race history and of our accounts. Google Analytics keeps the usage statistics for up to 14 months.
Ask by email
If you can’t open the app, email support@bailgada-sharyat.in with the account’s mobile number.
The request must come from the person who owns that number. We check this first.
The rules above apply here too. We acknowledge your request within 24 hours and delete the account within 7 days.
